Ideal place for discovering Bucharest with very, very nice staff at the reception desk. Great and very special location, at a moderate distance from Lipscani. Walking distance to a shopping area and bookstores across the street. Spotlessly clean and updated room with a great view of the town😀

Impeccable service, modern, clean and surprisingly quiet above street level. A welcome shelter from the heat, hustle and bustle of Bucharest.

This hotel had nice quiet rooms, despite being next to elevator. The hotel location was excellent, a short walk to many attractions in a safe neighborhood and across the street from another casino. All around a nice place, except teh lobby was under construction. Breakfast was fantastic!!
Lobby was under construction. Staff was not really able to coordinate anything. Business center was closed on weekends, I had to beg for permission to use executive computers on 5th floor. They had 2 big weddings going on Saturday night which was good, but loud. And when I returned at 4 am from teh casino, teh elevators were not working! Just not quite a 5 star worthy of Hilton name, if you ask me...

The decoration of the lobby is lovely and it;s situated in a central safe neighbourhood of Bucharest.
I had reserved a room for 2 nights but when i checked in they told me they had booked the room only for 1 night and they asked once again for my credit card. I do not know whose bleme was, the hotel's or the booking's"". I'm waiting for my credit card bill to make sure that i wasn't charged twice.

The breakfast selection was large and sensational for 5 stars. The room I booked was huge and soundproof with fridge as expected. The location was magnificent in walking distance to the old downtown, an easy walk to Casino Partouche. The hotel met the demands, I would definitely book again.

Good location, within walking distance of major sites. Nice big, soft towels.
Unable to book a massage, the entire weekend was booked when I checked in on SAT. Front desk was overloaded when I arrived.
